Like many of us, Dave started in a different field before discovering a passion for the Green Industry. Unlike many of us, that field was software. 

After realizing his brother had a tremendous aptitude for tree work, Dave ran the numbers to see if they could make a go of it as a viable business. After going into "full spreadsheet mode," Dave and Dan started Ascension Tree Care. 

In this episode, Dave shares why having a good customer experience, organized data, and continuously improving are the secret sauce to Green Industry success.
